Front hub has been wobbly. Disassembled and the wavey washer was flat. Rebent it and the ride was back to rails.

With wheels locked in, new chain and cassette Figured time for some max power intervals. Unfortunately I popped the chain of big ring first interval and did the rest in the small ring, afraid to go too hard in big. I really don’t want to replace big ring since that requires a PM swap too.

Anyways, power is down about 150W since May. Need to get deadlifting again.  10th rep I extended to 15 @ 1200W.

Not great not terrible.
