5th. Way better weather than yesterday but feeling pretty cooked and was happy to make it through without exploding calves. This time I opted for Brooks Launch direct mount on northern lights. Seemed like it worked a different part of my calf which was what I need to make it through. Realizing I may need add calf   ups to my strength routine. 

Good luck to all you folks going for the bonus round on Sunday, I have never tripled in my life and I don't think I ever will :)
