🥶 SHOOTOUT 🥶

Woke up feeling heavy from yesterday. Wasn't sure I was going to jump on.... 8:40am hmmmm i guess I'll go, hurry get on the bike! Then I forgot I hadn't set the bike up on the trainer, had to switch the wheels lol. Make a couple carb bottles because I didn't eat breakfast. Started running around and I got there lol. 

Took a good 30-40 minutes but finally started to feel better. Surprisingly the legs came around and started feeling really good. 

Obviously the idea of sprinting always motivates me :)  greggy like fast!
