The class was a song short so I am sure I would have broken 800 KJs today. Any how neither Sam nor Kyle were there but Mark and Denys were so I had some competition for sure. I felt great and I am bound and determined to get back to my previous fitness level by March. Mark started off strong but I started stronger. A few times i thought I might be overextending myself but I was recovering faster than normal for some reason. Anyhow we did a 2 minute all out effort about 3/4 through the class. I went super hard starting out at 460 watts - i managed to stay over 400 for 1 minute and finished with a 389 watts average. That was my only mega hard effort. While I rode well, I am certain I would have ridden hard had Kyle or Sam been there.  I want to get back to 285-300 watts. I am not far off. Starting to feel strong again.
