19.52 for 5km ,first time I’ve tried running on tarmac  ,enjoyed the change of scenery and surface . And my first trophy in running !As always. I wasn’t expecting that today but realised at  about 17mins it was possible so just ran my heart out ❤️ at 19 mins I needed to be superman chasing trains . Ready for a parkrun now  to really really  push it 😀
