Gonna try working in some cycling. Considering I’m looking at some bike races next year, gotta work up my sea legs!

Effort wasn’t all that bad; I reset my FTP according to Wahoo’s estimate— 199W/Kg. Intervals alternated from about 150W for the “hard” parts and 120W for the “easy” parts. All in all, this felt like it could’ve been an all-day effort/ride. Not too hard but I wasn’t just spinning along.
