Knee ROM and foot mobility at PT.   Seeing progres.  Finding the more I can articulate what specific motions I struggle with the more targeted the work is and the faster it is resolved.  

Ride was probably more intense than it should have been.  Riding in downtown traffic has me pushing to keep with the flow and make the light timings.  Other than those sections it was chill paying attention to pedal stroke muscle activations.
