He pedal struck a hidden 6” stump on the edge of the trail and went flying OTB.  He took some damage to his stomach from the bars, but he’s ok!

 I pedal struck a hidden root sticking out of the side of the hill and thought I broke a toe.  We both took a pedal to the back of a leg.  Thankfully, I’m not riding on those meat eater pedals anymore or I’d be super bloody!!
