Literally had to bust through the ice at a stream crossing so Kane could get a drink. Aside from that, and me not being able to feel my hands for the first two miles, it's lit. 🔥
Wanted to run today but the trails were most definitely flooded, so compromised for a nice little walk around Nerk.
Man, it is so hard leaving the house when it's cold, but once you get moving it's actually quite nice weather for a run. 💯
Old dog new tricks or new dog old tricks? Woof, the first two miles were rough. I know better than to wear layers in the 40°s
