25/12/2025 Bushy parkrun first time for 7 years. Decent run out fighting for some space with massive 2864 turn out. 156th 20:21. Merry Xmas !

24/12/2025 Ashford Common Amble - cold & fresh but quite nice. Gloves & long socks day :)
23/12/2025 Feltham Hill Spelthorne/Hounslow border mop up plus some strides. Cold but dry. EVO SL Woven do start to feel quite dense after a while but do the trick. TBH largely how remembered the OG.
