Still under the weather a bit so GeZ and I went and did some cyclocross skills practice. I am sort sick of these 40mm tyres and gravel I think it’s time to get the bike in race mode
Lani go home six so had to go pick her up and do some solo Nerang laps
Wore a Nadal strip today to help with the breathing and had a ear ache keen to get hole and set up a recovery cave
Atill hero dot the virus is having a second wind but I still felt ok and enjoyed riding with GeZ
