5:24. First year since 2014 that I didn’t run a mile under 5 minutes. 
Probably a good thing so I don’t have to worry about it for the rest of my life. 

Splits were 1:18, 1:15, 1:26, 1:25 lol. 

Got to 900m and said “yeah I’m not gonna get sub 5, so I’m gonna stop trying”. I didn’t want to keep going all out just to run 5:08 or something. 

Overall a great time as always. I’m happy to say I’m officially out of shape. Which means it’s time to start hobby jogging 🤩
