Really good legs somehow, despite the wobble above the waistline 🤷‍♂️

An extra 4 kilos on the scales this morning, compared to my pre December weight, yet somehow got to within a few seconds of my Tonbridge PB in my (slightly) slower shoes!

Found myself hanging on to a group of 6 or 7...from km 1-2 that, with a gap behind, just pushed me on a bit. Then felt amazing entering Barden Lake so pushed on from the group up 65mm hill to the tune of a PB there and also all the way around the lake, amongst the hundreds of efforts and never looked back.

Still feeling so stuffed this morning I didn't even have breakfast beforehand. Count me flabbergasted!

Clearly something in overeating and regular drinking.

Bringing up 30 Parkruns for 2025.
