Not the 100kms i had planned to do but after a few days of pushing and still a few days togo i thought best to stick to 50kms, rest day tomorrow to go do some
Diving and back on it monday, maybe a little recovery/noodle ride tomorrow evening to spin the legs out   

The sprint nearly at the end was due to coffee ride deciding to spit me out the back of the bunch on the down hill and i got back from a comfort break and had to sneeze my way back in to the bunch, the final sprint was just for S&G’s 🤣
