Long Run on The DAN - surprisingly good for the travel hangover

First ever Parkrun was a fun experience. Less than a minute faster than Thanksgiving with the stroller. Thought ditching the stroller would be worth more than a minute, feeling a little less confident about my 2026 goal of sub-20 after this, but hit my primary goal of feeling uncomfortable, unlike my 1600 when I felt too controlled. Maybe two minutes is possible with consistent training and some speed work, but the real goal is always progress and enjoyment.
