I lost a shoe! 😂

Remind me not to try and run on the PCT right after a major storm. Trail is wrecked 😵

Mud slides that were hard to navigate, quicksand (where I lost my shoe), questionable water crossings, the works. Though overall conditions improved the farther along we went.

Sasha, Desrah, and I took a bypass around the first big water crossing, which looked a little sketchy for the women with short legs 😂

Longest run since I broke my toe in September. Im going to feel this one 🤕
