Second ride after holidays. I was getting into decent shape before I left. I've lost a lot of it. I'm going to do my best to never lose what I have gained again. Catching up sucks! I had to walk my bike up so much of RJ it was a real wake up call. Saw Mr. Brian Clements  heading up Seymour suspension trail. We had a great chat.
