Dug my grave the first 1:15 spent the rest crawling out of it. 🤘☠️

Lil bit more power and higher heart rate than I would have wanted for the climb to the horsetooth summit for something this long but also had not intention of going this far lol. 
Those howard switchbacks killed me. Hard bonk but refound the legs decending the timber trail. That 50g carbs gel works wonders. Who knew that actually fueling makes things easier. I would like a word with the person who decided to cover the water spicket at the bike park. Only consumed a half liter for this. Plus a total of 138 grams of carbs and 225 mg of caffine. Thought I was fueling well but could definitely feel the lack of carbs towards the end.
