Great day, two big valleys, amazing views, good company. Definitely more runable in this direction. 


How we did it:
Left Glenorchy around 6:30am. Dropped off one vehicle in Rees valley (Muddy Creek carpark) 7am ish, drove second vehicle to Dart (Chinamans Bluff carpark). 8am start running. Few fords to get to either road end, all drivable in 2wd van today. 

2:09 16.5km to Dalleys Flat Hut - 70% runnable
+2:48 +17.4km to Dart Hut  - little less runnable 
+1:21 +4.2km to the saddle - definitely not runable! Wet as snow in saddle was melting. 
+0:58 5.5km to Shelter Rock Hut
+2:33 18.1km out to carpark - mostly running, wet, boggy, few trees down, river crossings, etc.
45min drive to pick up second car from Dart
30min drive to Glenorchy pub just before the kitchen was closing.
