SFIDA in Lombok.

Spectacular third and last day of our Barong 500 challenge.

Today we went back south, first to Lembar and then we did an anticlockwise loop back to Lembar.
The loop included a beautiful coastal views and a stunning roller coaster road…very tough of course 🤣🤦🏻.

The Mekaki-Sepi climb is one of the highlights this part of Lombok. It follows the crest at the top of the hills, overlooking the ocean.
It consists on a half dozen long walls and descends, it is a tough but rewarding climb 🤔🤣

Afterwards we made our way back to Lembar and enjoyed a fabulous seafood lunch.

The last part back to our accommodation north of Mataram was great too, the group was happy to finish this challenge.

Thanks to all that participated and I’m looking forward to next years Barong 500 😊
