Today I was reminded that stepping outside your routine—and your comfort zone—is where growth happens. I ran in a park I’d never run in before. I didn’t really want to, simply because it was unfamiliar. But by choosing to run there, I discovered new trails physically, and new pathways internally.

Running isn’t just about running. It’s about discovery—both outside and within.
