It’s been so awesome being up here in Oregon! What a great bit of training. Had a nice tough workout today from Coach to finish out MY BIGGEST WEEK YET! 

But I have to shoutout Mark French his wife Kelly French (Roth) and our friend Rob Swoboda They are all life long runners who were friends of mine before I started running. However, once I got into the sport, they greeted me with open arms. They have all been so nice and helpful as I navigate this journey! It’s really cool to have that ❤️
