Great effort and focus by Brian- longest ride pre this was 30k downhill . On a heavy cheap as chips rental bike . Didn't complain once. In all my year rising up the madone never took the opportunity to stop at st Agnes. Did today. Lovely little town, great cakes and pancakes too 👌.  Struggling with shortness of breath again a bit. Not conscious of it other than v blocked if trying to breathe deep. But scary  Odd when captured and played back.
