I want to thank everyone who cheered me on for the Rapha 500 ride. Felt amazing the first 8 hours but it felt like I hit a wall. Power dropped despite adequate fueling and hydration. Started feeling sick with a headache which is probably from yesterday. Had 4 hours of sleep the night before. Okay that’s enough excuses for this one 😂 It’s not worth getting hurt before the season starts. Sorry for the disappointment and I’ll be back for sure. Huge endurance events this coming year
