There is still ice on the lake covered with fog. I knew the ice wouldn't melt in 2 days. I got diarreah on this run and it was before dinner so I was hungry. That's why I ran slower. This week is one of the lowest excercise on Strava weeks of the year because I had to work so much and there wern't as many group runs. I look forward to Thursday and Friday when I am off work and can go farther away than North Park. I didn't get credit for completing any segments when yesterday's run had 7 segments. I'm not sure what is wrong with Strava.
