Man this was as scary as  walking into hazy woods and as soothing as wondering into the abyss. Just the addle soreness got me. The privilege to be able to ride anytime is a home trainer  and that's what hit my diabolical thought process today. No wonder why stress manages the heartbeat, because certainly post office workout are at another level of calmness #chill_vibes
