Earning the jersey!

About 1 hour total break time.
~30min break after about 7h20m and proper meal during.
Was honestly a pretty bad idea, not sure if the duration or the meal was the problem but heartrate was elevated for the rest afterwards so I decided to take it even slower.

I think i could have gone a bit harder on the climb overall, specially without the 30m break fucking me over, the Z1 during the descent was pretty good to do, doubt I could have held steady Z2 for this duration.

TT bars on descent were sick!

Fueling totals:
5.5l water
10 bananas 
2 gels
~650g of carb powder
small meal about 65g carbs, 20g protein, 20g fat

Total: ~1000g carbs = ~85g/h
Maybe a bit too much honestly
