Keeping it flat for the last ride of the year with good friends and endless cycling roads (well excluding the parts through the city). Even snuck some gravel in there!
Since everyone started at the most south point, meant that I still had 65ish km left by myself when they finished… didn’t feel too bad but I had a feeling I had not been eating or drinking enough through out the day… and just after that Fuji sunset photo… the full on bonk came in about 30 seconds… zombie mode to a combini to stuff my face with zero appetite. Didn’t help with the speed but at least I wasn’t dizzy 🥴
Still awesome ride with awesome dudes, always worth it.
