7th interval onwards I could feel a slight shift, defaulted to watching HR more to not tip and drift. Just wanted highest sustainable power that keeps breathing rhythmic and HR stable. Ego aside, didn't force watts if HR creeps.
Legs were sore towards the end but ride didn't feel as tough as the numbers suggest.
