Welp we came home from the hospital with River last Sunday and I thought,  ohh perfect his afternoon nap will be the perfect time to run outside or exercise  then I did and immediately got a head cold and then we found out River doesn’t know night from day, so insomnia mixed with a cold lead to me being very complacent the past week and a half or so.  River finally (and mom) were able to get some good sleep last night, and the cold has started to work its way out I figure I could steal some time on the bike.  Hoping it’s not gale force winds tomorrow and I can sneak in some running.

All this being said, look how gosh darn cute he is !
