Swinging wide around the “soft spot” in lane 1 for like, literally 50 laps. Small BRTC practice. Kept it pretty controlled after racing on Sunday night, but felt good. 

1k “threshold” - 3:21, 2 min rest
Then: 4 x broken k’s: continuous 200 on, 200 steady, 200 on, 200 steady, 200 on. On 2 min rest 
Ons:

31, 31, 31
30, 31, 30
30, 30, 29
2 min rest 
3k threshold: Somewhere between 9:30 and 9:36. Hard to tell with all the lane 3 running. Was definitely  nice bit of work to cap the workout
