Solid treadmill run believe it or not. Much less torturous than yesterday. Watched the Badger game on the gym tv while listening to Migos. Picked it up to 5:39s during commercials (except the first one) so did roughly 3x .5 mile at that pace and 7:30s otherwise. Last 1.15 at 6:15 once halftime hit.  Good to mix in some quicker paces just a bit and it felt pretty comfortable. Forgot to change the time limit so it turned off after an hour when I had only 3 min to go 🤦🏻‍♂️
