Another day, another time forgetting to charge my dang lights

2026, starts early. Starts now.

Not done with 2025 yet.

Got a late start, my bike lights gave me the red flashes of death, then my back started to hurt. Chat GPT told me to stop riding, gave me relaxation/decompression things to do along with advising a hot shower. As much as I wanted to continue 20 miles for 20 days, its not worth losing training. I must prioritize functionality over miles. I think I was too cold, not loose enough, and the sudden burst of mileage was catching up to me.
