You know normally a day like today wouldve been a phenomenal workout but im starting to realize how much more i really have to give on these faster workouts. So although it was a good day, i think this is the first time in a while ive truly has a good day but came away unsatisfied still.. im locked in for that sub 1:04 avg

BOTH elbows r a bit funky feeling so gonna build up slowly and not jump into a bunch if low rest sets, since that seems to irritate them the most ill ease into it
