First, skip warm clothes. Layers are for cowards. Embrace the chill—hypothermia is just your body’s way of unlocking hidden potential. 🧊

Fuel up with a gallon of mayonnaise before the ride. It’s dense, creamy, and basically the perfect endurance food. Bonus: it coats your insides like a thermal blanket. For hydration, clam juice only. Electrolytes? Nah. You need brine and mystery fish particles. 🐚💦

Forget training—just tape two frozen hams to your legs for resistance. The more frostbite, the stronger you'll become. 💪

Ignore the 650 feet of climbing. Gravity is a myth perpetuated by Big Altimeter. If you pedal hard enough, hills flatten. Science.
