Today’s ride with John started off pretty cool, but once we got into the sunlight it was absolutely wonderful. The scenery was really pretty at times, and the roads were amazing the kind that just make you want to keep rolling. We stopped at a little café along the way, somewhere new, which was a really nice break and added to the whole experience. Unfortunately, I made a classic mistake and set my Garmin to run instead of a road bike ride, so all my metrics are completely out the window, which is a bit annoying but thankfully the ride itself was still a great one.
