1 mile cool down

NDS session: 3 sets of 2 x 3min loops 75secs recovery, 4 x 15secs hill sprints walk down recovery

1 mile warm up before NDS cross country session

Didn't really feel like doing that, so I'm relieved that it's done. I didn't get going at all until 2k in to the 3mile effort, so if you ignore the 1st mile of that, then you could say I was close to HM target pace. 

But Happy New Year everybody, hope 2026 brings you all everything you could possibly want and that you all achieve your goals, whatever they may be. I shall continue to support all my friends and followers like I always do :)
