That's a wrap, folks. I made a New Year's resolution to track my mileage more closely this year, which means I have a more holistic view of my running performance than in years past. Here are some highlights from 2025:

✅I ran 2,542 miles (1,326 outdoors and 1,216 on the treadmill)
✅I went running on 310 different days of the year (8.2 miles/run) 
✅I averaged 6:43/mile pace for my outdoor runs (8.93 MPH)

All in all, a good year! (Aside from a pretty significant Achilles tendon injury in January/February). Here's to another 2,500 miles in 2026!
