Ok, so my knee hurts. It has hurt all week but it feels more convenient to pretend it isn't there. Honestly, mentally tough to think through. I've never been this fit and it has been so much fun being able to run with so many gears to play with. I know logically fitness doesn't just disappear and there are so many different cross-training avenues to explore and get after it in the interim.

Might be nothing. Might be something. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Channeling some self-discipline to not run for a few days despite having big goals for this year. One day at a time.
