Looks like my watch is more out of shape than I am. Despite wiggling all over the place the total distance is still about what it would normally be… strange. Significantly warmer than yesterday with a bit of rain in the middle. Was gonna do more but saw a big crowd of people and didn’t feel like navigating through them so decided to turn around and just do 6. Felt fine and similar to yesterday where the mechanics of my body feel fine when I running but the heart rate is just way higher. Just gonna be patient for the first week or two and accept being a bit out of shape. Also desperately need to get some new running shoes lmao. 

Also definitely one of the more quiet days I have seen in the city. Not a lot of people out and the roads were very empty which was nice. Might try and do a long run this weekend just for shits and giggles.
