With Gruppetto, rode 100 km to Pitt Meadows and back. Added a solo excursion to Iona and YVR to make it 100 mi.

My rear derailleur cable broke in Coquitlam on the way back (my fault for failing to heed the warning symptoms), so I got to do low-cadence drills for the rest of the ride, including the Barnet Highway climb. With the two smallest cogs locked out using the limit screw, I had two gear ratios available: 50:13 and 34:13.
