A little over an hour on the mill. Spent most of the time debating how my mid-life crisis should play out once I turn 40 in two weeks (Got it down to the options of trying to run 3 marathons between January and May this year AND/OR dyeing my hair and I think I at least managed to talk myself out of the three marathons option, so I've got that going for me). As usual, started at 7mph and progressed to 8.5 throughout, 1% incline for the first 45, 1.5% for the next 15, and 2% for the remainder. Felt good and overdressed a bit to get a good sweat going. Watch was fast on the slower miles and slow on the faster miles, keeping the file with heart rate since it all evened out.
