Slopes Ski day #9. 26 RUNS. Sue & Wayne ski. Very quiet day! Only open from 9-2, National chair
Morning Ride at the Y with instructor Wayne. Steady At 14, increases to 21
Slopes Day 8- A morning skiing at Craigleith Ski Club. Grey day. Wayne stopped early due to right knee sore. Got really snowy then a bit of freezing rain.
Evening Weight Training at the Y (Time wrong- it was about 65mins). Did regular program and followed up with extra stuff.
