Half Murph prison workout—1 mile run, 50 ring pulls (assisted by 🦵), 100 pushups, 150 squats, 1 mile run all w/20lb vest. Thankful to be able to run a little bit again and for my son to be here this weekend. I’m also thankful for you gentle reader.
