Afternoon Ride

Windy day. Longer than advertised. Got stuck behind an early crash and burned many matches moving up early. Managed to hook up with a Fast group for the Road section to Rocky Hill, but they put the wood to me by the time I reached Rocky Hill I was smoked. I think I also got a little behind on hydration. Stopped at an aid station and drank two full bottles of water. Started to feel better. I had to solo on the road back to Bluff Creek Ranch. Seemed like every direction was a headwind. Great temps . heck of a workout..
