Have I started a year injured before? 2021 was a tough start after 455 Covid inflected hours of 2020, but I was exhausted, not injured. This is different. This feels...old.
Time to adapt, I guess. More biking, swimming, lifting, stretching this year, not quite so many miles running. Speed and races are not goals. More fellowship, no finish lines.
Nice to break 2026 in with a pleasant ride on a surprising January afternoon.
