Down to the water!

Final day on the loop(ish). Wasn’t able to finish the planned route, but still had a great time riding in the Baja.

After day 1 put me back a day I had to attempting stitching together the originally planned days 2 and 3, which I thought was doable considering it was only 130km total. But the heat really kicked my but yesterday. I’m back to work tomorrow and really needed to be in Cabo San Lucas. All of this, and the state of my bottom (not good) haha, led me to make the decision to get a pick up in La Ribera instead of attempting the likely 12+ hour day. 

I decided to do a shorter ride out to Cabo Pulmo and back, which included a lot of pavement (which isn’t apart of the regular route).

I had planned 4 days for this route. Then modified the route because I was started and finishing in different places. Restarting Day 1 definitely factored, but if I were to do this again, I would elect for 5-6 days and more stops at taco stands and beaches!!!
