Icy Team Ride

Nothing really going to plan this month.  I was feeling really great about my consistency across October and November, but it kinda came crashing down. After taking a couple of weeks off for a baker cyst on the side of my knee, I finally came back feeling strong.  Then I immediately crashed on black ice, tearing my rotator cuff. Still waiting on an MRI, but I think it's getting better. This is my first ride in a week. Now it's crunch time to get back on the first before spring. I'm not sure how long until I can ride outside again.
