Wanted to push to try and improve on yesterday. Didn’t expect to be 7’19” (30”/mi) faster and for all mile splits to start with a 7. 
Felt good on the climbs. Fastest Coast Road Climb since…. will have to check on desktop version. Further back than the app shows (October 2023).
[Edit: my joint 22nd fastest time out of 724 on the 1.88mi / 316ft "Coast Road Climb" segment. Fastest since 14/07/2020. Of my fastest 25 times, 15 -including the fastest 8- were set between 14/04 and 14/07/2020. Halcyon days...]
 
Newish shoes clearly help. Liking these a lot.
