Did a little warmup with 1min intervals, then I went for setting a new PR at 1.000m.
Was feeling good and strong first 500m, but died totally in the last 500m.
Able to cut off 4 sec, but with a slower pace in first half, I might have been able to cut even more.
Now ranked #47 World wide in my age group.
HRM was not paired correctly and not showing.
